Responsibilities

• Supervision of the execution of all works on site according to contractual requirements and drawings and contribute to achieve timely completion of the project within budgeted cost, time and quality requirement
• Monitor the work standards against contractual requirement by supervising closely the performance and workmanship of direct labour and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the profitability of the project by planning and coordinating various site activities and work sequences, controlling effectively the material usage and labour overtime.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the project by maintaining close liaison with relevant external and internal parties.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety disciplines according to the government regulations and company guidelines on site safety.
• Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the approved ISO 9001 quality procedures.

Requirements

• Education: Relevant Certificate or above. For example, TCP Certificate or equivalent.
• Professional Qualification: N/A
• Experience: 15 years’ experience in construction with a minimum 10 years in supervisory position
• Skills: Supervisory and communication skill
• Others:      
  • Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate 
  • Able to read & write Chinese.  
  • Ability to read & speak English would be an advantage.
