Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and costing;
• Conduct cost analysis and provide cost-saving recommendations throughout the project lifecycle;
• Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts;
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities;
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve any issues related to costs and contracts;
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines with MRICS or HKIS professional qualification;
• At least 7 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors;
• Good commercial and contractual acumen;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
