Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for all roles across Build King;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business/operation needs and advise on effective recruitment strategies, as well as to provide professional support throughout the hiring process;
- Manage recruitment activities within digital recruitment platform, maintaining high data integrity and adherence to internal policies and procedures;
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Build King Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 5 years' recruitment experience, preferably in construction sector, with demonstrated capability in recruiting for wide variety of levels and positions in multiple functional disciplines;
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment management systems, with experience on SAP SuccessFactors is preferred;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Proactive, attentive to details, result-oriented, high energy, good team player, and strong passion for talent acquisition.
