Responsibilities
- Handle a full spectrum of recruitment matters in Hong Kong and selected overseas locations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job descriptions, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews, and offer proposals.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, consult them on recruitment strategies, and provide professional support throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct market research on candidate sourcing channels to meet various business needs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree holder, majoring in Human Resources Management preferred.
- Capable of delivering a full end-to-end cycle of recruitment independently.
- At least 6 years' relevant experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
- Pro-active, attentive to details, result-oriented, high energy, good team player, and strong passion for talent acquisition.
