职责
- Responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation & MPF management, staff cost analysis, and other C&B-related assignments.
- Assist in various C&B programs such as annual review, salary & benefits survey, salary benchmarking, and staff benefits review.
- Design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to algin with organizational objectives.
- Participate in HRIS system implementation and enhancement project.
- Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group.
要求
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a sizable company;
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making;
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills;
- Well-organized, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and able to work independently;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
