Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation & MPF management, staff cost analysis, and other C&B-related assignments.
• Assist in various C&B programs such as annual review, salary & benefits survey, salary benchmarking, and staff benefits review.
• Design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to algin with organizational objectives. 
• Participate in HRIS system implementation and enhancement project.
• Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a sizable company;
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making;
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills;
• Well-organized, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and able to work independently;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
