Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling fire service projects including tendering, budgeting, preparing equipment, material and drawing submission, equipment ordering, etc.
  • Liaise with client / consultant / main contractors /sub-contractors for timely completion of the project
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors on site
  • Coordinate, arrange and progress monitoring for fire services installation including F.S. / W.S.D inspection, site progress, site inspection, work arrangement and Testing & Commissioning
  • Assist Project Manager in tendering and attend site meetings & coordination work
  • Perform any duties as assigned by management of Build King Group

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering / Fire Services Engineering
  • Min. 5-7 years’ experience of Fire Service in E & M contracting firm
  • Licensed plumber will be an advantage
  • Good AutoCAD skill in drawing preparation
  • Self-motivated person with positive working attitude
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
