职责

  • MVAC work installation and coordination with main contractor, subcontractor and resident engineer according to the layout drawing
  • Material and drawing submission to E&M consultant
  • Concealed conduit layout and builder's work drawing preparation
  • Plant room arrangement drawing submission
  • Pump head and fan static calculation
  • Assistance of EMSD Building energy code submission
  • Monitoring and supervising subordinate and team members

要求

  • Certificate or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • 6 years' relevant experience in MVAC / Building Services /E&M subcontractor works
  • Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Possess professional membership in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical discipline is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills
