Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance project planning, site supervision, commissioning, operation and documentation preparation
• Coordination with clients, direct labour and sub-contractors to follow up the repair and maintenance progress to ensure the completion of service requests
• Rectify defects and coordinate with subcontractors / suppliers
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
• Attend Site Meeting
• Assist in budget control, tendering works and cost analysis

Requirements

• Certificate or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• 8 years' relevant experience in MVAC / Electrical maintenance works in E&M subcontractor preferably
• Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Possess professional membership in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical discipline is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as E&M Engineer or Assistant E&M Engineer
