SENIOR E&M ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in overseeing E&M (Electrical) project delivery from installation to commissioning

  • Coordinate and monitor site activities, including testing & commissioning works

  • Prepare and review technical submissions, drawings, and material procurement

  • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are met

  • Supervise site staff to ensure progress, quality, and safety standards

  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations

  • Manage drawing coordination with other building services trades

  • Support tendering activities including preparation of technical submissions, cost estimation, and review of tender documents

  • Perform any duties as assigned by management of Build King Group

Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in E&M / electrical projects in Hong Kong

  • REW Grade B or above preferred

  • Solid experience in LV systems; MV system experience is an advantage

  • Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge (e.g. Revit) is a plus

  • Strong experience in site coordination, subcontractor management, and stakeholder liaison

  • Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
