职责

• Coordination of work sequence and interfacing details between BS installation and builder’s works requirement;
• Monitoring the progress and quality control for BS submission;
• Lead and organize project meeting for Building Services and Utilities Coordination;
• Monitoring site work progress, workmanship and safety standard for BS installation
• Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group

要求

• HD or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline;
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in building services coordination / installation in Civil / Building projects   
• Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage;
