Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of project finance
  • Handle all post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects
  • Compile and update commercial accounts and records
  • Monitor the progress of related programmes
  • Provide recommendations on how to resolve issues with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Assist in maintaining positive cash flow for the projects
  • Perform any duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years' relevant experience
  • Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts
  • MRICS or HKIS professional qualification will be added advantage
  • Practical experience in NEC Contract will be an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent English and excellent writing skills
