Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress, the standard of workmanship and efficiency of material usage adhered to the set target by carrying out site supervision.
- Supervise sub-contract or direct works, and making proposals for improvements in time and cost control.
- Liaise with relevant external and internal parties in respect of materials, construction sequences, drawing, methods and interfaces to ensure smooth running of the project.
- Assist in formulating construction plan and methods.
- Review / monitor design drawings, shop drawings, method statement and material submissions to meet the contractual requirements and achieve timely completion of the project within budget.
- Assist in carrying out safety and environmental control.
- Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Company quality procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related disciplines
- 3 years’ or above site construction work experience
- Solid experience in project planning and works coordination
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Hard working, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
