職責

• Deliver timely, reliable, and high-quality IT solutions to meet various internal project needs.
• Administer the Unified Endpoint Management Solution.
• Manage and control software inventory housekeeping and movement.
• Oversee Patch Management and prioritize periodic patch deployment.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement IT security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Conduct zero-day vulnerability assessments and provide proactive advice and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with teams, suppliers, vendors, and users to deliver assigned projects and tasks on schedule and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Serve as an escalation point (Tier 2 support) to resolve application/system issues.
• Perform any duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group.

要求

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
• In-depth knowledge of license management and license agreements.
• Experience in deploying AI and ERP system is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in technical support and project management.
• Proficient in using administration portals of Microsoft, Azure, M365, 0365, Configuration Manager, Teams, Zoom, etc.
• Experience with Power Platform is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Backup Solutions and Disaster Recovery Solutions.
• Understanding of the Incident Response Life Cycle and ability to independently investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents effectively.
• Professional system-related qualifications (Azure, CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, M365, PMP, etc.) are an added advantage.
