Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing MVAC and other E&M works, ensuring smooth progress and compliance with specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain effective collaboration
• Monitor site activities, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
• Prepare and review technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and maintain accurate project records
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to support integrated project delivery

Requirements

• Certificate or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MVAC / Building Services / E&M subcontractor works
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant E&M Engineer
