职责

• Responsible for assisting our Senior Management on project management include cash-flow, progress monitoring, contractual issues;
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecast costs, and allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance;
• Oversee the overall progress planning, work progress, quality & safety, and cost control of large-scale civil projects;
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle;
• Ensure all construction activities comply with regulations including environmental and safety guidelines.

要求

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• Over 10 - 12 years' practical experience in civil engineering works; 
• Experience in construction management of government projects is essential;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good communication skills;
• Professional membership such as ICE, HKIE is preferred;
• Applicant with less post qualification experience will be considered for Assistant Construction Manager
