Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting our Senior Management on project management include design management, cash-flow, progress monitoring, and contractual issues;
• Liaise with consultancy team and monitor on all design matters, ensuring design deliverables align with project requirements, budget and program;
• Review and coordinate design development, drawings and specifications ensuring effective integration between design and construction activities, identifying and mitigating design-related risks, and provide technical advice and resolving design queries during construction;
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecast costs, and allocate resources while overseeing progress planning, quality, safety and cost control;
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle;
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• Over 10 - 12 years' practical experience in civil engineering works; 
• Experience in construction management of government projects is essential;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good communication skills;
• Professional membership such as ICE, HKIE is preferred;
• Applicant with less post qualification experience will be considered for Assistant Construction Manager
