Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) projects from planning to execution and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless modular construction processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for MiC projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead on-site and off-site modular construction activities, ensuring precision in assembly and installation.
• Resolve technical and logistical challenges related to modular fabrication, transportation, and installation.
• Provide leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7-10  years of local project experience, and with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) or prefabricated/off-site construction.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale MiC projects (residential, commercial, or institutional).
• Strong knowledge of modular construction techniques, factory production, and on-site assembly.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced modular construction environments.
• Professional MiC-relevant certifications are a plus.
