Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update integrated management system and relevant policies
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Schedule and conduct internal audits at corporate and project levels
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare reports for senior management on quality, environmental and safety performances
• Promote a culture of compliance across all departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in internal quality, environmental and safety compliance audit, preferably in construction sector/ main contractor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ISO compliance.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (project managers, HR, legal, and safety officers).
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Compliance Manager / Compliance Engineer.
