Responsibilities

• Support BIM management team to monitor overall BIM model work progress of projects.
• Liaise with BIM team, site project team, consultants and other stakeholders to coordinate BIM works and address issue when it arises.
• Perform on-site duties and/or attend site-based assignments as assigned by BIM management team to ensure seamless integration with the project team.
• Assist to prepare method statement and coordinate amongst design consultants, project teams, government authorities and client to get approved.
• Implement BIM standards and workflow according to BIM execution plan, as well as production of training materials/standard manuals upon request.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings and prepare necessary presentation materials and/or documentations for meetings. And to present BIM deliverables to clients.
• Prepare BIM models under the instruction of engineers and provide technical support to project team in application of BIM and support the preparation of BIM models for tendering.
• Manage the project schedule, quality and internal manpower arrangement for BIM projects.
• Perform any duties as assigned by the management of Build King Group

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in using BIM software in construction projects. With supervising experience (onsite/remote) is preferred.
• Proven proficiency in Revit, Civil3D,  Microstation, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for generating construction drawings and managing model coordination.
• Experience in Recap, Fuzor, programming, or other related BIM software will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with excellent time management.
• Possession of professional qualification such as CCBC/CCBM or other recognized qualifications is preferred
• Candidate with less experience may consider for BIM Modelor position.
