Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee fitting-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion within quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to execute project plans effectively.
• Supervise and lead on-site construction teams, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule closely to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications to meet client 1902011 and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, safety practices, and progress against project milestones.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project team members, to provide updates and address concerns.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for fitting-out projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in fitting-out construction.
• Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a focus on fitting-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to interior fit-outs.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Certification in construction management or relevant field is advantageous.
