職責

• Support the Senior Digital Transformation Manager in day-to-day leadership and delivery of digital projects (e.g. ERP, GenAI, Cloud solution, IoT, Data Science, Mobile App, Digital platform).
• Lead and mentor the project teams to foster technical excellence, agile delivery and timely release of high-quality solutions.
• Manage resource allocation and establish standards across project life cycle.
• Drive data-driven decision by implementing analytics frameworks and reporting standards.
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions, outlining business impacts and modeling processes for improvement.
• Lead project reviews and enhance project management through business-driven digital practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to alight on requirements and business impacts.
• Manage and integrate digital construction ecosystem across different business and technology units.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management of Build King Group.

要求

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related disciplines; With professional certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, DevOps) would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 7  years of experience in Business Consultant or Project Management, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with digital technologies such as  IoT, AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP (D365, SAP), Mobile App, Digital Twin, etc.
• Sound knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies, including Scrum, is preferred.
• Good problem-solving , analytical, organization,, communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking,  and a good team player.
• Proven project management ability and familiar with digital projects methodologies would be an advantage.
