Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to identify opportunities for GenAI (LLMs) and Predictive Models
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data profiling to assess data quality (clean, consistent, unbiased) and uncover trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities prior to solution development
• Translate complex model results and data finding into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations through effective data storytelling
• Manage the analytics backlog, map data flows, and prioritize features based on business value while ensuring data lineage and integrity throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals, requirements, and expected business impact
• Analyze current digital processes and systems to identify and recommend areas for improvement and optimization
• Translate business objectives into detailed technical/functional requirements, user stories, and clear documentation for data engineers and development teams
• Perform any duties as assigned by the management team of Build King Group

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or IT Business Analyst role
• Programming experience with Python, familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI / Qlik / Tableau), along with a practical understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and foundational AI/ML concepts (e.g., machine learning lifecycles, NLP, LLMs, GenAI) are advantages
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
• Technical proficiency in SQL for data querying and profiling
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) are a plus
