职责

• Provide technical expertise in Building Services (BS) for Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) projects across all stages (design, fabrication, installation).
• Supervise MiC contractors and off-site factories (including Mainland facilities/factories) to ensure quality, progress, and compliance of BS works.
• Review and optimize MEP designs for modular fabrication, ensuring seamless on-site integration.
• Monitor BS installation in factories, conducting inspections and addressing non-conformities.
• Oversee on-site modular assembly, focusing on MiMEP system interfaces and connections.
• Prepare reports, records, and documentation to support work valuation and project tracking.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to modular MEP coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., HK standards) and client requirements.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and manufacturers to streamline execution.

要求

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 7 years of BS/MEP experience, with proven involvement in MiC/DFMA projects (full cycle preferred).
• Hands-on experience supervising modular production (Mainland factories) is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of BS systems in prefabricated construction.
• Skilled in reviewing BS shop drawings, method statements, and QA/QC processes.
• Willing to travel frequently to modular factories for quality oversight.
• Solid DfMA construction experience, familiarity with Hong Kong MiC guidelines.
• Candidate with less experience may consider as Senior Building Services Engineer or other positions within the organisation.
