ASSISTANT BIM MODELER

Responsibilities

  • Report to BIM Manager and work with the site project team
  • Implement BIM standards and workflow according to BIM Execution Plan
  • Monitor overall BIM model work progress of projects
  • Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
  • Liaise with consultant teams for problem-solving
  • Prepare BIM models under the instruction of engineers
  • Manage the project schedule and quality for BIM projects
  • Present BIM deliverables to clients
     

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Civil, Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in using BIM software
  • Familiar with using Revit, Civil3D/ Microstation, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for drawings and model coordination
  • Experience in Recap, Fuzor, programming, or other related BIM software will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
